Healing animals (and people too) with the universal energies of Usui Reiki, Seichem Reiki & KaRuna Reiki...
What is...
Usui Reiki?
Reiki is the practice of hands on healing which was originally developed by Japanese Buddhist Mikao Usui in 1922. It is the transference of universal energies through the healers palms to assist with self healing. It allows the 'life force energy' or qi of the body to reach a level of balance and harmony. Seichem Reiki?
Seichem while similar to Reiki is gentler and has a deeper effect on the body and many have experienced a soothing heat generating through the body. This form of healing was discovered by Patrick Zeigler whilst on a trip to Egypt in 1980 when one night he entered the great pyramid, laid in a sarcophagus & fell into a meditative trance.
KaRuna Reiki?
KaRuna was developed by Reiki Master William Lee Rand in 1993. The word KaRuna is translated to mean any action that is taken to diminish the suffering of others or "compassionate action." This form of healing also uses the vibration of the voice which becomes a physical carrier wave for the energy to travel on. This causes the healing energies to penetrate more deeply into the cells and tissues of the body.
Why Reiki healing for animals?
Due to Reiki being a healing energy it will never harm you or your animal companion and it can be given to any type of animal and at any age.
If your animal companion has had a traumatic experience in the past such as abuse, neglect or an accident Reiki can help to release these emotions around the situation and bring balance back into the body.
Reiki can also help with behaviour issues such as nervousness or hyperactivity by reducing stress and anxiety.
If an animal is sick or injured Reiki can help with quicker healing, bring comfort and is a compliment to conventional treatment.
Plus during times where an animal friend is making the transition to pass over... Reiki can help bring comfort to you and your animal friend during this difficult time. It helps to relax and reduce fear.
For further information you can use the contact form on the Services page or go to the FAQ's page to search for a commonly asked question.
Please note: Reiki does not replace your current method of medical assistance. However, it does work in harmony with all other forms of healing modalities, including drugs, surgery, psychological care or any other method of alternative care and will improve healing results.
